Jiyoo is a curious polymath with something to say, existing both in the realms of the abstract world of her films, but also in the real arena of her academic pursuits and social initiatives.

As an aspiring filmmaker, Jiyoo’s filmography centers around social commentary about oppression communicated through branching, grand worldbuilding.

Her work lives at the intersection of art and advocacy–where fresh experiences and unprecedented insights allow her to build platforms where unheard voices can finally be seen and heard, where creativity becomes a tool for justice.
